Parmesan Oysters

Parmesan Oysters


– 20 fresh oysters (the freshness of the seafood is very important).

– 1 container of milk cream.

– 1 tablespoon butter (hopefully salted)

– 5 sheets of buttery cheese.

– 1/2 onion (diced).

– 1 bag of grated cheese.

– Seasonings.

- White wine.


Remove the oysters from their shell and wash. Put them in a bowl with a touch of white wine and let them cook. They should be approximately 10 minutes (if they are not frozen). The color they should take is white and red/orange. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in oil. Once the oysters are cooked, add the tablespoon of butter, the cream, the cheese slices cut into small squares, the onion and stir. If you like them creamier, you can add more cream without a problem. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 150º until golden brown.

*You can put them in a single dish or in several personal wells.
